Frequently Asked Questions
Rental sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule your session up until 2 days before the session date. Rescheduling can be done online by logging into our account.
Yes, up to 2 people may share the same bay during the same session.
The minimum age is 8 years old for simulator rentals. Please note that rental time uses only standard yellow balls so please ensure your child is experienced hitting standard balls.
Children 8-11 years old require an accompanying adult during rental time.
Children 12 years and older may rent the tennis simulators without an accompany adult provided they follow our safety instructions.
Children under 8 years old may use the tennis simulators in a supervised group program or private lessons.
You may transfer your session to another person. The transfer must be approved and completed by our staff before the new person arrives. Please contact us to initiate a transfer.
Yes, we have tennis racquets that you may borrow or rent during the class. They must be returned at the end of the session.
